调研了dOrg，metacartel，WAGMI，Cabin，raidguild等几个DAO，最后主要是参考了Cabin整理了一个针对公会/项目/小组的Proposal template。

有时候公会/项目/小组需要个人有更详细的相关描述，或者可能只需要放上个人的描述，可以参考针对个人的proposal。

你的还缺少：

  • 上个季度核心成果总结和回顾（如有）
  • 项目详细介绍，包括机制、功能、竞品分析等
  • 资金分配计划
  • 预计需要人力和技能模型
  • 返还给组织的回报（比如占股，收益分成等）

成立小组的提案：

缺失内容类似上面。

此外还可以有两个模板：

感谢补充，不过你提的内容，可能除了返还给组织的回报，上面的proposal里面也都包含了，只是提法不一样，以及颗粒度没有那么细，更宽泛不只针对开发类项目组。
